Ok, I think PayPal is a great service.. But if they don't like something you do then your account is frozen along with any money in your balance.

Now to make things worse you will now be banned from using PayPal.

This means that you can't even buy from another vendor that uses PayPal.

You will end up having to get a new phone #, new cc, new address and open a new PayPal account and hope they don't catch on that they shut down your previous account.

I understand. It's call Pre-approved Payment, Which your paypal balnce will lose money automaticly right? If I know right. You can see here to solve it !

There're many way to avoid PP limitation, and if your accoun get frozen, just contact them through email and they'll support. Anw, we don't have much choice right now.

I have 2 paypal accounts and last time i encounter one of the most dangerous situation that's the LIMITED ACCESS.I do more hassle but i face it with more documents and requirements but thanks god i made it.So be careful to those who plan to create paypal account.
