    Is it safe to invest in penny stock?

    I want to invest in penny stock and I am new investor , I would like to know Is it safe to invest in penny stock?

    As I am newbie here and new to this Forex market that is why I just want to tell that Penny Stock is more safe than other investment market like Binary Options or ******Currency market. So hopefully anyone can trade with this market.

          No, it is the worst way of investing. Also, now days there are far too many companies who have started offering such things, but they are not trustworthy and we must avoid them. If we invest into such things and with such companies then we are just going for crash.

              IF anyone have watched that movie Wolf of the Wall Street, it will be easier for them to know the answer of this. I don’t think it is safe at all to make investment in Penny stocks, as they are more gambling type than reality. So avoid it at any cost!

                  Mekath, it could be better if you give one reason of why it’s of course safe! The things Penny Stock are the worst kind of trading. Ask any expert and one with common sense, it will be easy to know how safe Penny Stock trading is.

                    Penny stocks are those who belongs to companies with less market capitalization .Usually traders who are looking for cheap stocks trades in it. Good returns can be earned by trading in penny stocks as well but for that you need to study about company's performance deeply and learn how it is going to perform.
