I wonder in what country you would buy an apartment or a house and explain your choice please
I myself would like to live in the Costa Blanca area in Spain simply have a look at these apartment it is surprising but the prices are on the average 30% lower than in my native London

The reason behind an apartment is my dream to live there and has a cup of coffee in cold winter watching a beautiful evening through the window. And whispering pines Islamabad is my home town, a very peaceful calm and beautiful place, especially for summers.

Spain is like a dream country for me... I always wanted to do it and now the COVID pandemic has put that dream to sleep for now. It is impossible to even go to Spain right now because those guys were hit pretty bad. However I spent the free time I had when there was quarantine to learn about real estate. I even joined a group of real estate investors to learn from them. There are so many groups like that on connected investors platform. I have made a really good progress and one of them even offered me a job. I will work as his assistant and it is a great way to learn for me.

Personally, I am very sensitive about financial issues, and considering this, I prefer to live in a country that has the best currency in addition to freedom. And now the best currency is in the UAE and the countries close to the Persian Gulf.

I would buy a house or an apartment in Portugal or Spain. The prices are relatively lower there, and the fact that it is a country always visited by tourists allows you to rent it through booking or other platforms, creating a source of income.
