Paid directories to submit. Why?

[edwinperez072]

What is the working directory of the Web? I think our website to promote their products or services. However, I can see through the catalog for the money. Website owners are paid. For me, it is not. I was very angry when the directories charge for submission. I represent the page to move to another directory. I feel lost when I have money! I do not care who pays, if the filing is reviewed and then a list of permitted uses. However, without understanding the operation of the site, a list of sites is not an appropriate method. Comment?
