Last month (December) I visited Manali and it is the best time to visit there. January too is good.

I have noted all of these suggestions and would like to say this place sounds cool to me and soon will make a plan to be there. As most of the people said Feb and March will be quite cool months to go there So now I have to wait for that time to have some time there.

Well, Montey, According to my dad's experience, December and January is a best time to visit the Manali and see its beauty because in these days, it become snowy and quite a cool one destination which is worth seeing but the final choice is yours.
