They give 250 MB of disk space and 100 GB data transfer. I am now using them for about 3 months and never seen any downtime of server problems. There is no any kind of advertising on my pages too, so I think its worth to signup.

how a dedicated server effect seo? can you please elaborate your question? it don't have any impact in ranking but by running on dedicated server, you can protect your site from downtime and also use to handle if your site get loads of visitors.
