well on server4you.com they got a budget server for only $30 a month. found a few other offers like this too. When i say budget, i really mean budget though, so its pretty outdated and doesn't support any control panel though

I guess, the best price for a budget dedicated server, all depends on what the user requires, the prices you've advertised seem reasonable, although if some one is just starting out may seem steep. Also, after you're prices you will have to add control panels, etc, therefore it may not be quite as good value for money as it seems.
