You'd be better to find the company (say, Ahosting.biz) that provides in-house support and it's their priority in proving reselling and they will explain to you everything.

I know that SiberName.com offers cheap multiple domain reseller hosting. And they offer 1 Domain Name Free. The company is old and their services are quality.

Well i see nobody really answered the question or maybe i don't understand but reselling domains and hosting works like this:
Someone has a big server a.k.a dedicated that has all the powerful hardware they then sell pieces of that server and hardware
to others who can then sell pieces of that server until theres no pieces left. Thats the simple versions for hosting reselling.
Now domains are different this is basically a big business who owns the RIGHTS to all .COM names and then sells a privileged right to someone else to sell .COM names. For example this is the same thing as Nike only they can sell the brand NIKE but for a price you can also sell NIKE. Hope this answers your question in a basic viewing for a more complicated explanation feel free to ask me.

Please never choose hostgator , bluehost. they are overselling their servers.

i would recommend to do research in famous hosting forum's.

you will get best server at lowest price.
