    How do you manage to provide good and fast support as a Reseller ? Thats a major job if you want to be sucessful. If there is some problems with the server, and can be only solved by server administrator ( root ), what should you say your customers?

    i do believe that such small reseller or dedicated server owner must treat a customer as a friend. i m in web hosting business from last 2 years meanwhile when i just started my business i got scammed from a person name Sushant tevari website dreamwever.com after 15 days he came back online and said to us that server is crashed and all data is losted in that condition my clients were having rights to shout but as i said i always work with them as a friend and when i asked them that all of data is losted they just said ok bro we will start from 0 you dont worry.

      You have a very good clients. Lucky to have such a friendly customers. But not all can have such customers. If you are reseller, you can't resolve those issues that can be solved only by the server administrator. I agree with that. So, choose the best reseller who can be contacted 24*7 for technical support so that when your client have an issue, you can solve it as soon as possible. The server administrators from whom I have bought my reseller pack, have 24*7 support and technical support through mail are also answered by couple of hours. So, I have a good name among my clients.

        The best thing about resellers is that they are available faster than the hosting companies, so this adds to the responsibility of the reseller to produce results faster when the server is down. The best way to deal your customers is to be very cordial with them, for your own good.
