In a saturated market I would imagine a reseller account would be tough, just thinking about how many true hosting companies offer reseller accounts I can only imagine how many companies are solely built on reseller accounts and a nice looking site template. I guess your overhead is very small and you rely on a high customer base with simple needs to be able to sustain heavy profits but the stress seem a bit too much for my taste.

I think it is profitable, but as web hosting is so oversaturated, I think it can take time to make a profit from, I would not give up your regular job, until you start making a profit and some people say it can take up to nearly 2 years before you make a profit from it.
