My suggestion is to keep looking around, try and find a VPS hosting company that offers more RAM compared to disk space, bandwidth etc. From my experience, these 2 companies you've listed are about 'average' in what they offer in their plans, but there are VPS companies that offer more RAM on lower plans which would suit your needs a lot better and you might end up saving $10-$20 per month, and still get top quality.
