I asked around and so far the best hosting for proxy I have found is CloakHost.com!

Any other suggestions that may be better!??

Sorry that post was complete jibberish. However as for the proxy host, cloak host is a good one. However I would recommend not running a proxy at all simply to stay out of trouble.

You may have nice hosting for proxy from HqHost.net. This company provides nice Unmetered servers and prices are good.

You can't stay with a proxy host for long, they'll shut you down I know from experience. Unmetered is unrealistic also. 50GB BW a week and they'll shut you down, maybe even 10gb a week.

I would personally suggest Extremohost (.com) , my proxy (zelu.info) is there,and it's never been offline. Dan, the owner, handles the servers well, and the traffic isn't a problem, I routinely use 100gb/mo, and they have no problems with that

Santrex.net is not only shell provider. I had a look at their web site. They seem to be trying to offer wide spectrum of web hosting offers.
