I'm totally frustrated with my now EX-host. All I was doing was updating my blog and they've suspended me.
How can we run successful websites if we're penalized for simply updating them constantly???
What I did (and didn't know it was so wrong):
Open 2-3 browser windows in order to update different sections of my blog at the same time.
What happened minutes later:
I get a 'database error'. Tried connecting again and I get "too many accounts on the same IP" error.
Then I got suspended.
My question to hosting experts:
What exactly happens when a user does what I was doing? I was on a shared hosting account so apparently I was "excessively using up server resources" - couldn't they have come up with a script that logs me off my account if I was "excessive"?
Another question:
In a case such as this where they suspended my account without warning, what happens to my files (copyrighted) - do they have the rights to store it in their servers?
