Unlimited* As big as the server is*. I'm not sure why but so many people are falling for buying Unlimited hosting, most of which has ridiculous Terms of Service that if your server's CPU usage, or something to that affect will bring on a permanent account termination with no refund. Or the host will crash as soon as a reseller starts selling 1TB Proxy hosting. Some also don't allow audio or video downloads.

One of my own family members fell for buying a 'Unlimited' hosting package at $20 a month.. :/

There are no such a thing as unlimited hosting. Always there would be limits and catches. if you start use too much resources they would suspend your account anyway.

Web Hosting is a commodity. The main elements of any web hosting plan are disk space and bandwidth. Disk space is the space you have allotted on the web server to store your website. Bandwidth is an amount you have available to transfer web pages from the web server to the browsers of visitors to your site. Web pages and graphics consume bandwidth or capacity on the web. Bandwidth and disk space cost money.

I'm pretty sure many providers start out with good intentions, and only realize later that they have way too much on their plate. Unlimited hosting does mean 'as much as the server can provide' but customers are led to believe that they have millions of TB storage and millions of TB Bandwidth. So the usual problem is misunderstanding (all for the sake of good advertising) between the host and the customer.

...I disagree with you. Unlimited hosting package is just a way to trap for customers, everything has it's limitations.

I am totally agree with you Unlimited words mostly use for attracting the customer in this big competition market
