GoDaddy's hosting.

I love their domain hosting but I'm not too sure about their web hosting. Has anyone tried hosting a website with them?

I tried before but I kept running into problems and kept getting referred to the FAQ, but couldn't find another way to get support. It was frustrating.

The Quick Website Tonight thing was trash. I tried that but all the ads that flooded my site made even me not want to visit it, so I didn't bother promoting it and just took it down after a day or two.

I'd like to host a site or two with them since my domains are there but I'm not sure how they are.

They are great domain name registrar. For the hosting they have been doing OI have heard mostly negative reviews.

I have used Godaddy shared hosting for many years now. Its just you get what you paid for. That doesn't mean they are bad. You should know for what they are best for.
Their uptime is 100% for last few years I have never experienced a downtime. So if you have clients who dislike downtimes this is the best place to host their sites.

Also if you have a site which take lot of resources and can't keep in shared hosting account then again this is the best place if you can't afford a VPS.

GoDaddy is my primary registrar and their domain services are the best I've ever used. However, I did hear some negative reviews about their web hosting services, but I never tried it myself. GoDaddy is best known as a registrar not as a web host, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't give their hosting service a try

i heard go-daddy from many people... but i never saw nor booked at it at any time.... i heard that it is cheep also..... but i am already with to major industry jaints... yahoo and register.com.... so i dont like to prefer any other then these two... they r cheep too.... so guys u to have a look at these hosting sites....

They are bad if you are experienced. Very little options - no Cpanel.

However, if you are new to all this, go for it! They offer the option of installing applications with 1 click. In other words, you can have a website up and running in 10 mins with no need to know anything about coding.

I do not think godaddy is better way to go and recommend you apthost.com instead. This company is offering really stabnle hosting for affordable price, and they are giving several profitable discount codes currently.
