So last week I got all of my premium domains stolen, and then some.
I disputed it with PayPal, the other party won[because the account where the money came from was hacked into].
So I decided to go to GoDaddy for some help. They tell you to contact them if you want to stop a change, so I did.
They basically told me it's not their problem and to take care of it on my own.
My thing is, why offer support if you won't give it? They say contact them if you want to stop a change, I wanted to stop a change so I contacted them, they did nothing, I'm out hundreds of dollars and a bunch of great domains.
My advice to them is to be more secure. Anyone can break into a GoDaddy account and push domains. No confirmations are sent, just emails saying changes ARE being made.
