    I would like to know where i would get free web hosting. Are offers for free web hosting available on different forums.

    wel it depends what kind of free web hosting you want there are several type of free hosting like post to host, free hosts but with ads, hosting for text links etc. I use frihost.com which is a post to host service but they are reliable. If you want to find list of free hosting services which has no ads try here,

    If you want reliable free hosting then go for post for hosting type of free hosts. You might have to post a reply or 2 in their forum for a week but still you will have your sites online without problems and they wont put ads on your sites.

          I use freehostia.com free web hosting service only for testing purposes and their service is pretty good. I'd recommend such free hosts for beginners, but you cannot rely on a free service for a serious project.

            go to register.com.... it is one year free.... it is really good.... always up... no down time at all..... they has fast servers also... no delay in opening a page....try to grab one from it.... u will really feel the difference between the rest of the hosting sites....

              110mb.com is awesome, they were never goes down and nor force some one even i found some proxies also hosted with them

                You can get a lot of free hosting services, but beware of forced ads or banner things because those ruin your site.
                Moreover look at the Bandwidth capacity and your requirement otherwise you will end up with exceeded limit thing.
                I will prefer freehostia , it's good but will be free for a year only.
