Warez hosting and Warez link hosting

I have seen some hosting provokers say Warez are forbidden but warez linking is allowed. Don't they getting to trouble doing this ? Is that Legal ?

i have always associated Warez with virus/underground hacking hosting sites. not pretty sure how is the general perception in the market

There is a difference between warez hosting and linking
Warez hosting is strictly prohibited in a must of hosting
But Warez linking is allowed in offshore hosting

I am quite confused about warez hosting and warez linking as well. I have see hosting offers with warez linking allowed. So that means people can link to warez but cannot host them themselves. But the warez need to be hosted somewhere in this world. So where are they hosted? Aren't the ones who host warez doing illegal activities?

I have seen that some companies (Santrex.net, for example) allow to host warez on their hosting services. There are no restrictions but child porn.

Its legal to link to warez or host warez on most offshore company's, thats why they are offshore, instead of having the best possible server from theplanet. warez linking just pretty much means you can link to warez rapid share or 4shared files

I have to see accomodating offers with the sequence of will warez allowed. So that the people of means can bind to will warez but cannot accomodate them themselves. But the need for will warez to be accomodated some share in this world.

well most of hte web hosting companies doesn't allow warez hosting, if at all the company is providing they will provide ua an disclaimer.

If you are living in US don't go for warez hosting and listing, but you can go for offshore hosting and listing. You must use proxy always. Hope this helps.

Well u can always gie it a try... but if u want to have website for long run...
Then try offshore hosting... Quite expensive but allows such content ...
so your database domain is safe...
