I don't think that there is any software that can hide or change the IP address number . Correct me , if I'm wrong .

Resetting your IP, or even resetting your modem every two minutes would just knock you offline every two minutes though.

If you have Dynamic Ip-address means every two minutes you reset the modem means a new ip-address will assign to you.But in static ip-address the ,the ip-address will not change.You can check the ip-address at Ip-Details.com
