So as I said before, this is a much needed plan in between your shared and dedicated hosting. It allows you a little more flexibility than a shared hosting account, but limits you more than a dedicated account would.

I think VPS is the past (that is my personal opinion). We successfully have tested the new cloud system and we are more than happy using cloud systems.
It is more flexible just because you have one module which can be re-arrange without any downtimes or reboots. Also VPS has really bad thing that sometimes has limited features comparing to Cloud computing.
