It really depends on what do you want to host. For example I host a mybb forum and a free mybb forum hosting website so I have decided to go with the biggest MyBB forum hosting website, http://mybbwebhost.com and I'm satisfied with their service because they can resolve every MyBB error and their service is optimized to MyBB. They are a great hosting provider but if you want to host an RPG site you shouldn't go with them because their server is not optimzied for this.
As I said for me mybbwebhost.com is the best.
