As per my knowledge, even though some hosts say they are unlimited. Of course not. There's always a catch. Of course the host will need to upgrade the disk space. But the word "unlimited" doesn't stand to its true meaning in the web hosting industry.

If you have lot too many visitor on your website then it is help you to manage your visitor if you have unlimited hosting plane. If you have limited hosting plane than one day you face problem when your bandwidth going to end. Your visitor also face problem.

Exactly! Read any "unlimited" web host's Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy and you will find out real quick that they are not really unlimited.
