HostGator Alternative?!

I've been with HostGator for a while now, at least a year or two anyway. While the service has worked well for me, I have never been pleased with the performance of the server I am on. I have opened tickets up in the past and have been told there was some high CPU usage on the server and that they would get an engineer to correct the issue, but it seems like during the day the server I am on really becomes to a crawl.

Example: CPanel is very slow logging in, 10-30 seconds to load a page within it. WordPress loads very slowly for visitors. Gallery takes 30-60 seconds to login and thumbnails take 30-60 seconds to load.

It doesn't matter who is accessing the site or where they are accessing it from, it's always very slow during the day.

So, this had pushed me to find a new host. Any suggestions?

I can't think of any hosting provider that could be a good alternative. HG just offer a lot of coupon codes just recently for new user sign ups and for me, that's very difficult to top up when comparing with other hosting providers today. [img]https://********.info/cat/6-4/1.gif[/img]

There are many companies in my view that we can look at and they are much better then Hostgator and also cheaper so we must be wise enough to take right decision as hosting is one time selection so do it with the best company.
