Hosting means you get a slice of hard drive space on a computer that is permanently connected to the internet. The computer is called a server, and you commonly use an FTP program to upload your website files to it.
Usually, when you rent that from a company, it also comes with a domain, i.e. mysite.com, which will point to where your website is stored (meaning it'll show up if you enter the domain in the address bar of the browser).

A website builder on the other hand is basically a marketing tool to sell these hosting plans. The idea is that people can "click together" an appealing website without knowing how to write HTML code.

Thanks to the fact that there are much better alternatives (called CMS) like wordpress, website builders are usually only used by people who don't know any better.

If you already have an existing website, you have absolutely no use for a website builder. But even if you didn't, I'd recommended to use wordpress instead.

I believe in website builder you get complete platform to develop website . you can select the theme (template) and follow steps to prepare website . Godddy offering website builder . Within web hosting you just get server space and have to prepare website yourself.
