I can’t really say much on cheap web hosting because I have tried only GoDaddy and Hostgator and both from my view are decent enough especially when compare to the service but further on about more hosting companies it’s very tough to say but what I feel is that if we are able to get hosting in 10-12 USD a month then it’s very handy especially if the server is good.

If we just concentrate on price then even free hosting are available but what is the use? It is just asking for damage as no reputed or successful site has ever work with cheap or free host so we should leave price a side and check for quality and I am dam sure that if we go for quality price will also be within the budget.
