1. You do not have root access so everything will not be under your control.

2. Since its shared you will have many restrictions too with respect to sending/receiving emails,CPU processes and you will have to adhere to the hosting providers shared server AUP.

All in all it is perfect if you have a small customer base and you’re just starting up.
