You need to find a good reputation hosting, such as godaddy and bluehost.
For domain name, you can get one for free if you purchase hosting service from hosting company. Then for cheap domain name, you can use godaddy or namecheap.

After you purchase a hosting plan, you need to set it up before you can use it to host your website.

Log in to your GoDaddy account.
Click Web Hosting.
Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Manage.
Select or enter the domain name you want to use.
Click Upload Your Site.
If your domain name isn't currently registered here, select your transfer options.
If your domain name isn't pointed toward our DNS servers, resolve the issues or skip this step.

Based on the website or application you want to host, choose the hosting service. If site with low traffic has to be hosted or you are new to this hosting industry then choose shared hosting, as it is the most affordable service.
If interested to start your own brand then go for reseller hosting.
If site requires more server resources and has pretty good traffic then going for VPS hosting is the good choice.
