yes you can go with windows VPS hosting you can handle without the technical knowledge , if you are not technically good then you can choose Managed VPS , for that i suggest go with **********.com they will look after the technical issue on behalf of you .

There is no any constraint that the one with good technical knowledge can only go for windows VPS.but if person is not at all technically sound then better go for managed vps .So that can get full technical assistance from the host.
