    1and1 hosting

    Has anyone every used 1and1 for web hosting? I regged my first domain with them and had a terrible experience. What about for hosting, anyone have any experience?

    Personally, I haven't used them, but from what I hear they are just a horrible company all around, people always seem to have horrible service with them, no matter what aspect of the company it is.

      I just Googled some reviews and came up with this:


      They have the worst customer service experience...i would never recommend it to NOBODY. i am using a different hosting provider for 4 years and tried different other hosting providers...none compares with www.1and1.com on terrible customer service

      VERY bad customer service - I wouldn't recommend them to the Devil himself. They do not care if your server is lagging due to hardware issues, they do not care about your needs, and they certainly have strict guidelines of what you can use.

      It goes on and on. My suggestion is, not to use this hosting company. They have received one of the worst ratings I've ever seen.

        Thanks for posting the reviews Hacks. It would appear that their hosting is no better than their domain service. Defintley not something I am going to risk

          Advertising
          Webmaster related advertising is allowed in Webmaster Marketplace section only. Free of charge.

          Shopping related (tangible goods) advertising is allowed in Buy Sell Trade section only. Free of charge.

          No advertising allowed except paid stickies in other sections.
