Will innohosting really support my customers?

have you ever used innohosting? I see they promise support my prospective customers... Will they really do that? Or that is just marketing gimmick?

Unfortunately I have no first hand experience dealing with that company and can tell you nothing about them.
Since there are a lot of web hosting firms claiming to have the most affordable web host packages, it is quite difficult narrowing down choices.

They do perform your support for you which is their main selling point, but beware their hardware, they use pentium e2100 processors in the UK in at least some of their machines, that grind to a halt at the slightest sign of a load.

i dont really think they will, im not 100% sure tho, do they have live support, you should just ask on there, or submit a ticket, i dont beleieve they will because it will be your customers...

They support your customers by answering your support tickets. Beyond this they would not support things like livechat. Supporting your customers is one of their main selling points, they do do it for you, but only in this way.

advertising your own company should be left to the forums for one start...
and for number two, why wouldn people even do that, surely people are more likely not to use your company when you advertise like that?

as far as i undertsand they do, but, im not 100% sure quite how this would work, and you would have to ask them about it...
