I would like to transfer my 2 wordpress blogs to another web host. Need free migration + helpful tech support.

Since you have WordPress blogs, and I'm sure, sometimes you might have huge traffic spikes. I would suggest going with the hosting provider that offers advanced caching technologies like Varnish.
