I donno about the types of control panels but you have cpanel with different versions

Free hosters provide Vista Panel which is beta

Webmin isn't a control panel as it is a GUI to configuration files. If you aren't experienced from the command line with Linux it is useless for you

ispconfig is the best free one... I do suggest to get Cpanel though.
