Yes, it is possible if you choose less competitive keyword in your niche by doing very basic seo like article submission, directory submission, and nowadays guest blogging will surely give good hike in SERP. But in case of highly competitive keyword, it is not possible and you need to wait for some weeks or months to get desired rank.
