I can't say my method gives you massive traffic... that can only come in time. But 1 - 3 position on your top keywords will, for sure. Try making a tumblr account with an external domain, and submit both likes and reblogs on tumblr posts with high PR.
This is the best seo practice i am doing right now. I think is kind of greyhat... I copied it from one of my competitors that outranked me.
