What is Difference wordpress and blogspot?

Anyone tell me difference of wordpress blog or blogspot blog

blogspot sucks in terms of tools and functions.

wordpress and blogger both are good CMS and wordpress is better then blogger but blogger is best for free site.

wordpress is better then blogger but in wordpress you can add plugins,and many other things. In blogger can not add plugins.

I use neither, but a open source blogging platform based on phpbb. However it serves the purpose better.
