can someone tell me another CMS or CRM which can do handle this better.
Clients needs this:
1. In current Website create a tool bar button for the affiliate to enter.
2. Must have a User ID and Password to get in
3. Assign each Affiliate or delegated person in charge an office code to delegate to their sales people the clearance to set up their User ID and password in this suite
4. Create a Calendar called the “Welcome Call Appointment Schedule” Also put in our company name somewhere in that Suite, “”
5. In the calendar they can set up an appointment for their client/s.
6. They click on the day and it will show timetable from 8am to 6pm PST
7. This will be one half hour slots. Appointments on the half hour.
8. When they pick the day and time for that date they must put the clients name and phone number to contact. If it is a single person they put that person’s name only. If it is husband and wife they need to put both names there. They should also be able to put notes to give us special instructions, etc.
9. Once the appointment is saved they should be able to change it. This only applies to the appointments that they make. They cannot delete or change other affiliates appointments, just their own. As long as there is a slot open they can take it.
10. Our customer service should be able to go into each day and print out the whole appointment list for that day. Only we are allowed to do that.
11. We also will have the ability to change or delete appointments for clients.
