About Yahoo XML Sitemaps (Yahoo XML Sitemaps)

It is true that Yahoo XML Sitemaps is unlike from Google XML Sitemaps? Does somebody recognize the distinction among these two unlike types of the sitemaps? At this point, it appears that Google is nice. I had an XML index on it. With a statement which indicated that there was a mistake while parsing XML, Yahoo got back the same results? I do not think there actually is no error involved in this case, even if it was a very simple file at the end. Does anyone know if Bing has the similar sitemap? Can anyone help me out this?
