E-mail collection to mass email list?

Hi everyone I'm making a site were people donate to a charity and they would like a place for their donors to provide an email address so they can send out a blanket email to people that have donated. I'm so ignorant of what to do to make this happen I don't even know what topics to look up on Google for more information can anyone provide me with a lean on learning how to do this.

There are many online software for this and are freeware . Any one can get it free and use it.

First of all i would to appreciate your efforts for the noble cause. let me try to help you!
First of all you need to write a couple of lines that should clearly describe your case, reason of email, what you really want to get from the email receivers, and finally your contact info with organization details.

Secondly, search for an updated list of email addresses on google that can be targeted for this purpose. There are a number of online free software where you have to put your message and the list of email addresses and the online software sends that message to all.

Another way can also be adopted and that is more productive is to share your message on social networks and community websites because such messages are appreciated by people rather than spending time on same email placed in spams from an unknown email id.
