    HTML. WordPress is best and its a open source. Other then that Python is most popular one.

      Choose the best programming language according to requirements and which is suitable within your budget. Like PHP, Dotnet etc. on the other hand, you can choose CMS tools like Wordpress, Shopify etc.

          You should choose either PHP or Python. Ruby on Rails is one more option.

            Python and PHP are the popular 2 languages to learn with python more simple and quicker to get going as it contains less syntax and is powerful system and web language

            PHP is good but you will need a little longer to learn, but is most defiantly used around the world and is what WordPress is built on.

            I hear a lot of people are looking into Java more now as a go to language, i have not personally gone deeper into this language but i have been told its not to bad.

            so my conclusion would be if you know the basic html and css:

            start with python to get to grips with how a strict coding language is structured. Then could look onto learning php or java.

            Myself i use Python and PHP as a core backend language

            You are allowed ONLY ONE picture(banner) upto 120 pixels in width and 60 pixels in height with a maximum 30kB filesize.

            In combination with a banner/picture you can have ONLY ONE LINE text link.


            Advertising
            Webmaster related advertising is allowed in Webmaster Marketplace section only. Free of charge.

            Shopping related (tangible goods) advertising is allowed in Buy Sell Trade section only. Free of charge.

            No advertising allowed except paid stickies in other sections.
