How To Install PHP?

Dear friends,
Anyone could kindly help how to manually install PHP? I tried to understand it through different websites and tutorials but seems quite difficult process. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

FOr install the PHP..You need to Install Dreamviewer or Notepad + for Editing the pages of the PHP Websites..Because PHP is Server Scripting Language for that you need to Install Wamp for Window Operating System

Yes, you say perfectly truly. I think Dreamviewe and HTMl are bset tools of PHP but I mostly prefer to Dreamviewer due to there are lots of great features in Dreamweaver that you would not get in ordinary html editors. Another best feature in Dreamweaver is the design tool. You can use this to get an idea of where you put your routing, menus, pictures, etc.
