php and java

Can anyone point me in the right direction. I have a date picker calendar script, that is in java, the script is fully functional. I just don’t know how to convert the values for the calendar, to PHP variables, in other words, ‘send the dates through, the post method of the form, to my PHP script for processing.

Well, I am agree that both are great programming language. But preferring the PHP is good option because it is very easy to learn. It is a server side scripting language. It is a open source language that means you can download it easily with no cost but its some files may contain HTML scripts and tags.
