    Both are best programming languages but I would like to share some difference between ASP and PHP. PHP is a lot more secure. ASP.NET is quicker than PHP4. PHP5 and ASP.NET perform about the same. ASP.NET is known for uses when running on IIS. PHP is cross foundation. ASP.NET is windows only. PHP is free and less expensive to use. ASP.NET web web host is very expensive.

      PHP is the "cheaper" of the two platforms. Infect, to get started in PHP is absolutely free to get started including operating system, web servers, and a development IDE. It can all quickly add up. ASP.net is mostly strongly typed, although in.net 3.5, the "var" keyword was introduced to allow for ambiguous variable types.

        I agree with you dear, both programming languages are best to learn which normally used to make websites. ASP and PHP websites are more active and can allow users to interrelate and exchange information using the website's databases.

          ASP-ASP stand for Active Server Pages. ASP.net is a comprehensive platform well supported and maintained, using a dynamic and powerful language.
          PHP-PHP stand for php hypertext preprocessor. PHP is now in its fifth amendment, is an open network based language development also facilitates the realization of the role of rich, dynamic web sites can be used for databases.

            Both are great programming language but PHP is better than ASP to create website, good looking design and need less web space.
