HTML 4 and 5

Hey all of my forum friends! I have a query for you guys. I am eager to know the differences between HTML 4 and 5. There are many available programs which are very effective for me in this matter of designing new formats of websites. But I am not satisfied with these sorts of things. I want to do it manually. As I am not a tech savvy person so my knowledge about the HTML stuff is quite poor. It will be very helpful for me if someone comes forward and gives me some instructions to deal with the basic HTML stuff.

In reality, it simply comes down to compatibility as most older browsers won't be able to process the newer code.
This will result in some of your website appearing broken in older browsers.

It all depends how much you care about people using older browsers being able to view your site as intended.

HTML is very flexible. It is active with CSS and JavaScript and some Applets. It is also worldwide and can be easily learned. It is convertibility to morph into XML, etc.
