Yes i agree is i widley used because it is a well known name to designers i mean macromedia dreamweaver flash coldfusion fireworks plus it is a very grenarel software for alot of things. Not saying its the best but is needed.

other options to photoshop could be GIMP which is available on both windows and gnu / linux platform's.

although for old photoshop users it may sound bad but for new comers i would recommend to give gimp atleast a try.
it has more than the feature supported by photoshop if you know how to use it.

I love Photopshop the most..I have also worked on silly Paintshop Pro and complicated Corel..Photoshop is much easier

I always use photoshop because it makes web page more presentative.photoshop contains more different fonts and templates so that we can able to create our web page more creative

Photoshop is definitely the software used to create most sites. I got an old version of it (PS6) that I bought. It does the job. Can't afford CS3. I also work with Corel Painter in my artwork which does some tasks better than Photoshop sometimes.

I am using photoshop for about 2 years now. It helps me design forums and make other stuff in it. About one month ago I got Cinema4d I like to make some stuff in it.

I've never used Cinema 4D, but I've heard good things about it. I have LightWave that I've made a few things in, quick models that I needed. I haven't gotten into the rendering part of LW. I find Vue5 to be easier. Good to see a fellow 3D'r here.

Photoshop is a great software if u are an expert in it.Otherwise it wont be showing good until u r not going to learn it well.I use logomaker for creating logos and also animation shop for banners.
