How to make my graphic into a useable template?

10-04-2008, 17:57 PM

I'd like to take my many *many* matching sets of background/buttons/menu/font/artistic addons and make web templates out of them - not just for myself, but for others to use too. I have no idea how, though.

I create most of them in psp, so they are all basically in image mode. My ultimate goal is to trade them for a domain name and hosting for my portfolio and starving artist organization. Ideas on any of this would be simply fantastic, I would love to trade something for this, whatever works

Thank you so very much,
LHK

You want to learn how to make HTML templates out of a design you made using a program? You have to slice up the images, and learn XHTML and CSS. If you don't know anything about XHTML or CSS, I'd suggest hiring a coder to do it for you then. It's a pretty difficult thing to learn how to code really good right away. I'm still getting the hang of it.
