        yeah, I think PhpBB is great !!!, I have a forum with PHPbb, but SMF is great too !!!

            Hey, I don't think you can get it for free, however, If you can do google, sometimes you can get it..... check with programmers's forums....

              Hey mate, you do not need to ask here for free forums scripts as there are a lot of forum scripts that are absolutely free of cost. Phpbb, SMF and Yabb are free forum scripts. If you have cpanel control panel with fantastico addon, then you may easily install these scripts on a single click.

                  I agree with the rest of the group on phpBB. If you go with a host like HostGator, then have a one-click install application for scripts such as this.

                    Try SMF, its easy to use, very customizable when installing themes and plugins. You won't be disappointed with the results of SMF. Its very user friendly.

                      You will get script for free, but my suggestion is not to use them. they may get hacked frequently. Be very careful while choosing your script.

                          Links are permitted in signatures. Such links may be made to non-Freehostforum material, commercial ventures, etc. Links are included within the text and image limits above. Links to offensive sites may be subject to removal.

                          You are allowed ONLY ONE picture(banner) upto 120 pixels in width and 60 pixels in height with a maximum 30kB filesize.

                          In combination with a banner/picture you can have ONLY ONE LINE text link.


                          Advertising
                          Webmaster related advertising is allowed in Webmaster Marketplace section only. Free of charge.

                          Shopping related (tangible goods) advertising is allowed in Buy Sell Trade section only. Free of charge.

                          No advertising allowed except paid stickies in other sections.
