They require good output while working on their project.

There are two forms of criticism. Constructive criticism or good criticism for strengthening their weaknesses and pessimistic criticism or bad criticism for creating an argument. I personally take criticism as a chance to learn. No matter how good you are and how long you have been making websites there is always something that you never used or missed or something that can be done differently and by trying it you learn something new. Not all criticism can be responded to this way. I would like to remind people that saying things like "this sucks" or "this is ugly" is pointless and helps in no way what-so-ever. If you want to help you can point to the thing that can be improved if not then dont say anything at all.
