To be a good webmaster, you also need to have a good business sense, be reliable and trustworthy. No online courses will teach you those things.

To be honest (and not attempting to insult any of you fine people) the technical stuff could be done by any trained monkey (honest I don't mean to be insulting, although my banana plantation shares are a good investment!). A good webmaster will also be good at communicating with the client and reliable with timescales.

i think for become good web master,,u have to master in some ewb design subject..like java script..asp.net..html..and also w3school web site is good for learn this language,
