I am just starting this journey

I know HTML and CSS as to be able to make my sites and change some forum themes. I would like to learn some php since it's very useful, but I don't have the time anymore. I try to focus more on content and community admining so I have no time left to learn new things.

I actually i don't know any of these languages, but i know VB a bit, but i'm not sure if that counts in.

HTML CSS XML are NOT programming languages!!! They are markup scripts!!!!!!! JavaScript is ALMOST a programming language

As for REAL programming languages: PHP, Perl, C, VB, FORTRAN (ahem!) Dare I also mention Pascal and Algol... hmm maybe not, would be definitely showing my age! No I won't mention punched cards and paper tape either coz that would definitely make me sound like Sid Dabster... oh bugger!

I know PHP, HTML and currently learning ASP .net. I need to gain more knowledge in PHP. But at work, I am not using any web related programming languages.

on desktop front i work on C, C++, V.B. 6.0., bash shell scripting + windows shell scripting.

I really don't know much about some other languages. Of line with php I experience html, which it is a necessity really for php, with it one manner. I wouldn't like never to find out computer offline programing languages like C. It would be intricate to learn ASP, but don't experience around that. I am so occupy at the minute.
