    How is it Done (i've seen it on 1000's of sites)

    I have a form created on my site

    Name
    Age
    Email
    Phone Number

    How do i get that info sent to my email address (i have used mailto: on the submit button but that tries to load Outlook Express to send it) - how do you get it to directly send to my address without having to have it going through Outlook

    Thanks in Advance

    This is not mere HTML.

    It needs a Serverside Script. You can also do it if you have FPSE (FrontPage Server Extensions)

    For PHP visit http://phpmailer.sourceforge.net/.

    You will find a zip which will do all things if you change certain settings(Guidance is in ReadMe file).

    If you want to have your own script, learn mail() function of PHP from php.net

    All the Best.

        Yeah it needs a PHP Script. You can use this code if you want for start. Its a basic contact form code.

        <h1>Contact Me</h1>
        <p class="intro">Use this form to contact me regarding anything: requesting invites for various services, help regarding my guides, comments and suggestions regarding the site or the guides or issues or any type of criticism - I will read it and try to implement what you say.</p>
        <?php
        $recipientname = "YourName";
        $recipientemail = "you@yoursite.com";
        $autoresponse = "yes";
        $autosubject = "YourSite.com: Thank you for your mail!";
        $automessage = "This is an auto response to let you know that we've successfully received your email sent through our email form. Thanks! We'll get back to you shortly.";
        $thanks = "Thank you for contacting us.<br />We will get back to you as soon as possible.<br />";
        if($_POST['submitform']) {

        $Name = $HTTP_POST_VARS['Name'];
        $Email = $HTTP_POST_VARS['Email'];
        $subject = $HTTP_POST_VARS['Subject'];
        $Comments = $HTTP_POST_VARS['Comments'];

        // check required fields
        $dcheck = explode(",",$require);
        while(list($check) = each($dcheck)) {
        if(!$$dcheck[$check]) {
        $error .= "Missing $dcheck[$check]<br>";
        }
        }

        // check email address
        if ((!ereg(".+\@.+\..+", $Email)) || (!ereg("^[a-zA-Z0-9_@.-]+$", $Email))){
        $error .= "Invalid email address<br>";}

        // display errors
        if($error) {
        ?>

        <b>The form developed an Error.</b><br>
        <?php echo $error; ?><br>
        <a href="#" onClick="history.go(-1)">Please try again.</a>
        <p></p>

        <?php
        }
        else
        {

        $browser = $HTTP_USER_AGENT;
        $ip = $REMOTE_ADDR;
        $http_referrer = getenv("HTTP_REFERRER");

        // format message
        $message = "Yoursite.com Form Response for $recipientname:

        Name: $Name
        Email: $Email
        Subject: $subject

        // send mail and print success message
        mail($recipientemail,"$subject","$message","From: $Name <$Email>");

        if($autoresponse == "yes") {
        $autosubject = stripslashes($autosubject);
        $automessage = stripslashes($automessage);
        mail($Email,"$autosubject","$automessage","From: $recipientname <$recipientemail>");
        }

        echo "$thanks";
        }
        }
